Camp Willow Admission

Camp Willow is designed for kids ages 8-17, with mild to moderate ADHD and related conditions like social anxiety or learning differences as more extreme cases may require a higher level of support.

Our admission process is tailored to ensure that Camp Willow is the right fit for each child, helping them thrive in our camp community.

Summer Camp Application Process:

Enrollment is Open for 2025!
Secure your child's place today!!!

STEP 1

Submit the 2025 Summer Enrollment Application with a refundable* $750 deposit. The application is not complete until the deposit is received. 

Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit Card (a 4% service fee will be applied). PREFERRED

  • Deposits can also be made by check made payable and mailed to:

This will secure your child's spot to Register for Camp.  

We have limited spots available (based on age) so we strongly encourage you to complete the Enrollment Application and process as soon as possible.

STEP 2

Shortly after the Enrollment Application and deposit is received, we will provide you with the following documents to help us to get to know your child:

  • Parent Questionnaire

  • Parent Release of Information Form (signed by parent and emailed back to Camp Willow so we can send to the Provider who will complete the Teacher/Professional Questionnaire)

  • Teacher/Professional Questionnaire (filled out by 2 references ie: primary teachers, school counselors, etc.)

Please get these back to us as soon as possible as we need these prior to the child's interview with Camp Directors.

STEP 3

As soon as we have received all the completed documents. We will reach out to set up an informal interview with the Camp Directors and your child via Zoom. 

STEP 4

Upon your child's acceptance you will be asked to complete Camper Registration to complete the process. This is information we need for camp. 

Cancelation & Refund Policy 

*Deposit will be fully refunded if applicant does not qualify for our program or spaces are full. 

 

Early Bird Special enrollment tuition of $2980 is only good until December 1, 2024. After December 1, 2024 our Standard Enrollment Rates will go into effect. To lock in early enrollment pricing, the deposit is due by December 1st. 


Upon acceptance and completion of Registration tuition will be due.


Cancellation Policy:
Until January 1st 2024, tuition is refundable minus a $300 processing fee taken from deposit.

Cancellation fee schedule for 2025 (below are the fees taken upon cancellation):

January 1 - January 31 = $1,000
February 1 - February 28th = $1,750 

March 1 - March 31st = $2200

April 1 - April 30th = $2750

After May 1st no payments will be refunded.

Please note that Camp Willow tuition is non-refundable once a child has arrived at camp.

Eligibility: Admission is depending on availability for your child's age group. If there is no availability in your child's age group, you may opt to be placed on our waiting list.
